I found the problem, its oto related, specifically the loop mechanic.

Its smooth with resamp but occasionally with tn fnds its will make a jpn r sound like drop out

Thank god. This helped alot. Im still getting the random drop out that sounds like a japanese r. What do I do? Im not sure if im supposed to adjust the cutoff or the overlap or something else

The creator says its an oto problem but the oto looks and sounds fine. Im not sure what to edit to avoid this. Ive done some readjusting but they dont help fix the problem.
