Screamo typically comes out very low quality with the default resampler and tools utau supplies due to it's growly and unclear sound, meaning utau can't as accurately determine the frequency and base pitch of the sound, making it sound very gargled and noisy. This can be fixed by editing the .frq file but most don't wanna go through that effort, making many be joke characters or low quality
