Just saying, English CVVC (if you mean DELTA english) has an auto oto generator called Mkototemp. You need to input your tempo and offset, though.
Also, a little tip- people don't like the ね (ne) suffix in UTAU surnames because it's too reminiscent of the Cryptonloids. However, UTAU is supposed to be fun, so it doesn't really matter.

Hm. Well, S-CVVC has a base oto, so you could probably download that, plop it into the folder with your recordings and edit from there.
