Yokune Ruko is neither a Vocaloid nor underrated. Unless you mean Ruko's feminine voicebank, which no one seems to use oddly.

Even before the Prosekai drop I've found that the masculine side of Ruko has been the more popular one. Probably just due to it being high quality, popular, powerful, and the only really popular masculine utau.

I mean, there's also Matsudappoiyo, Mine Laru, Kuro Bousoku, Denki Sai, Kemomono Rou, who are still pretty popular. Rou even got a Vocaloid VB.
