    Hopping on the bandwagon like everyone else and working on a cover of Static with Alex's ARPAsing.
    I ran what I had tuned through the OG resampler and I'm grinning ear to ear hearing how nostalgic it sounds.

    I don't notice his slurring, however to be fair, I use higher overlap on my voicebanks than most other UTAU users. Its impressive you were able to OTO CVVC without a guide! I followed OTOing tips and still am not able to make Japanese CVVC sound good!

    Honestly, all voicebanks I've OTOed are basically based on vibes and not guides, especially my beta VCV voicebank from 2024, where I experimented with negative overlap, higher and lower overlap, preutterance in different places, shorter and longer vowels, and putting the fixed region in different places to make up for the fact that I could not read the 30-mora VCV reclist that came with a CV to VCV conversion kit.

    But it sounds nice. I think it'd be cool if you did batch suffix in vLabeler to add a S to the soft bank, then you could combine the two and make a combined bank with vocal colors.

    Since you were active on the old Overseas UTAU forum, may I ask how many users from that you’ve seen stick around? It feels like with UTAU you either stay for a few sennights or stay for a few decades.

    Yes!! During Vivis production, before she got canned, they sent me some demos! Unfortunately I dont have access to them anymore

    Ah, that’s too bad :sad: Vivi is my favourite engloid, from her leaked demos. She sounded so unique while also being clearer than Oliver and other native engloids.
