    What sparked this little nostalgia moment for me was me thinking about doing a little retrospective of where Alex's has started and where hes ended up. I wish I had access to the old voicebanks to just do a cover progression, but such be life! Even if his current voicebanks are made with RVC, im happy with where he started to where he is now. :smile:

    I have 0 comprehension of people knowing who I was in the UTAU community because I did things with my little pocket of friends. It didnt occure to me that people knew or cared about my UTAU stuff at all outside of them.

    @SunnyWolves Would you like to share who you were, or are you not comfortable in sharing? I remember seeing you (Jooters Blaccat) from the Teto Sakebi WAVE cover, and the Mine Laru voicebank comparison video, which I didn't know was you until you shared that you were Jooters Blaccat.

    I'm surprised that for Minato, he's made basically a dozen 13-pitch voicebanks, not including remakes, for Laru.

    That moment when you share an old video to your oomf and they remembered you existed 15 years ago and pull out the cover you made with your first voicebank of your UTAU that was unotoed and goes "this is the cover I knew your channel from"

    I remember knowing AnimeAngelGirl when searching for old VCV covers from 2009, and finding your joke "I'll Stop Singing" cover with triphones in the first few seconds, before finding out that you were turboking on Utaforum.

    Messed around with a cover I'm working on using Alex's VCV with the soft voice color. I have like 3/4ths of this tuned but I've been doing so many other things that I haven't had time to finish it.
    Anyways take a preview. (I will have a hell of a time remembering how I mixed this bc this instrumental was not fun to mix to LOL)

    Halfway through manually editing suffixes in the A3 folder I found the batch edit button in vlabeler

    RVC data is more quality over quantity, from my experience. One song sounds better than one hour of speaking data, since it covers a wider variety of pitches.
    Post-processing also helps, but don't go overboard with the EQ and compressor unless you know what you're doing.

    1. Which version of doppeltler do you have installed?
    2. Did you generate the .frqs with a different resampler beforehand? Doppeltler is known to be glitchy with frequency generation

    Just realized I missed Alex's 15 year anniversary this year. The first cover i ever made with him was on January 26th 2010. Thanks for existing even if you sucked. So glad to give you a proper update you deserve
