    Yeah I'm actually still in some form of contact with Mae. I did tell her before that I had lost his voicebanks and she didn't mention having them before, so I didn't assume she did.

I even asked my old friend who owned Michiko Nikora and he doesn't have them either so fdslkjfwe I'm just banking on my parents sending me my laptops whenever they find them.

    I'm currently trying to archive and find Alexander Skeffington's old voicebanks, but have not been able to find them yet, even on archive.org, and can't find any archiving sites. By any chance, were you Gigi-P on NND? Gigi-P appears to use Alexander Skeffington, and if they are still active, may still have him if he isn't you.

    I'm trying to contact vivid_vapor about if they still have Alexander Skeffington, because their UTAU, Utako Airu, was related to Jack Skeffington, and had a crush on him. Would this be a good email to send to vivid_vapor?

    I was always a CVVC girlie in terms of using the voicebanks. I never used an ARPAsing before that time! But tbh I have 0 idea. I think they were his standard rs given the fact that this oto was never finished. I was a person who would chronically only oto parts I needed for a song so

    Strange. Also, I can relate to OTOing parts I need for songs, which I especially did for my VCV voicebank before I used base OTOs, which made OTOing take 28x (I am not kidding) as fast as it used to be.

    What sparked this little nostalgia moment for me was me thinking about doing a little retrospective of where Alex's has started and where hes ended up. I wish I had access to the old voicebanks to just do a cover progression, but such be life! Even if his current voicebanks are made with RVC, im happy with where he started to where he is now. :smile:

    I have 0 comprehension of people knowing who I was in the UTAU community because I did things with my little pocket of friends. It didnt occure to me that people knew or cared about my UTAU stuff at all outside of them.

    I remember knowing AnimeAngelGirl when searching for old VCV covers from 2009, and finding your joke "I'll Stop Singing" cover with triphones in the first few seconds, before finding out that you were turboking on Utaforum.

    Messed around with a cover I'm working on using Alex's VCV with the soft voice color. I have like 3/4ths of this tuned but I've been doing so many other things that I haven't had time to finish it.
    Anyways take a preview. (I will have a hell of a time remembering how I mixed this bc this instrumental was not fun to mix to LOL)

    RVC data is more quality over quantity, from my experience. One song sounds better than one hour of speaking data, since it covers a wider variety of pitches.
    Post-processing also helps, but don't go overboard with the EQ and compressor unless you know what you're doing.
