This is a C+V Reclist based on the Latvian Language which uses X-SAMPA as an encoding system.I'll note that why some lines have a "_" at the start is because of overlapping letters like j(y sound) and J(ny sound like in canyon) and this reclist doesn't have a Base oto but i'll oto for free if someone makes a VB with this reclist just contact me on discord at @harup_2023 and send me the folder through google drive.mega or what file service you use to me and i'll oto it, juding by the reclist i'll say the oto will be done in a few hours to 2 days
