You should try AIDA VCCV, which is a multipitch English voicebank using VCCV method, including a Soft pitch. -

I'm gonna submit my UTAU Teo Vampa: He's a standard Japanese CV recorded in 4 pitches and despite him being a CV, it still sounds pretty smooth. I'd recommend to use moresampler, TIPS or fresamp11 (using F1 as a flag) as resamplers! His optimal range is A2-F4...- Vyreed
