The note won't play because the voicebank you're using with the problems doesn't have these phonemes in the configuration 
If you use a standard VCV (a stringed recording method, with phonemes like "- あ a い i あ a う u え e あ", you have to double-click the note and remove the D#4 and the character after that too, and it should work!
But if you use a standard CV (an unstringed recording method, with separated phonemes like "あ" "い" "う" "え" "お" etc.) you have to remove the "-" as well (which is before the "さ", the "か" and the "の".
Before using a UST I suggest you to check which methods UTAU uses for voicebanks and USTs, so you can be sure how to modify a file in order to fit your needs. ^^
