Whenever I try to open the pittrace plugin I get this it says Pittrace is open but when I try to switch to it it's nothing

The suffixbroker won't accept any characters that aren't in the roman alphabet, they just turn into question marks, this would be fine if I didn't accidentally delete some of my suffixes, I've looked everywhere else and nothing works, also I did change my Locale to Japanese
