broken

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Utau many times, and done various steps to try and get it to work. The program will run, but the problem is it doesn't recognize any voice banks, even the default one that comes with it. I'm very confused, and I have no idea how to fix it, because I don't even...

Just for some context, i had UTAU installed on a USB drive & i was making (really badly) a random test UTAU voicebank.. thing, i cant even call it one lol. But after i did it, i decided to load UTAU, it said invalid picture & i assumed my super terrible skills did it so i got rid of the folder...

Oh so many that has also suffered with this problem! The last thread I found about this was in August this year by AnnYann, which seems to have identical problems to mine. I have also tried restarting and reinstalling. Also it complains about the tempo number not being a valid floating point...

okay so this happened. Fonts are not hidden This is a Japanese computer. All the locales and stuffs are in Japanese. I am running win 8 on this PC Vocaloid4 works fine? UTAU itself runs perfect. OREMO was working before OTZ
