Are imitations fall under jinriki category?

The title says it all but I would like some opinions about it.

Here's the situation.
There is a song that I like to make a cover with a specific UST file but on their Terms and Conditions using the UST with a Jinriki is forbidden.
Profiting off of (tuning commission etc.), claiming ust as yours,
re-distribution, use with jinriki voicebanks are prohibited.

The voicebank that I wanted to make the cover is an imitation/mimic

Some background about the vb in question;
The vb was originally only a CV (gone), then got rerecorded into a VCV, and now I'm currently reconfiguring it into a CVVCV (which is an absolute pain)
.
.
.
Does this T&C apply to the vb?

technically its not a jinriki if its material recorded for the voicebank by someone allowing their voice to be used, but you run into some (moral? thats not the right word) ambiguity if you specifically say "this is supposed to sound IDENTICAL to x voice" or use the inspiration source as the voicebank's identity.
as long as theyre generally seperate i dont think it should be an issue, but thats just my opinion

Welp, I guess the voicebank is considered as a Jinriki then since it uses the original character's name and avatar.
I'll just use another UST then.

"Jinriki" specifically refers to extracting audio without permission and turning that into an UTAU voicebank, like from downloading youtube videos of someone speaking or from reverse engineering a video game to extract the audio files.

If you're recording new audio files for the purpose of an UTAU voicebank, that's technically your own original audio, and it isn't jinriki. The only issue would then be character copyright, which you can avoid by giving your original UTAU a new name and design. (This issue is more relevant for commercial use of extremely popular characters, like if you were to sell a T shirt with Mickey Mouse on it, which would get you sued by Disney.)

Thank you for the clarification, Finally, I can post the cover without having to worry.

That won't be much of a problem since the voicebank is private.
