Are there any resamplers that stretches the samples rather than looping it?

I know there's the default resampler in UTAU, tn_fnds, and WORLDLINE-R in OpenUtau. But are there any more that I could use?

moresampler, if you use the e flag.

Most resamplers use stretching only. There's only a few that use looping, and even those provide stretching options.
