i was messing around with the vibrato and whenever i input a new note, the custom vibrato i saved is automatically on the new note. this also happens when i create a totally new file. not sure how to get rid of this

automatic vibrato for every note

Go to Tools -> Note Default -> Pitch Control and you should be able to disable Vibrato using the checkbox there.
