aviutl everything is stretched?

so i put the project settings as: image size 1920 x 1080 , frame rate 30 fps, and audio rate 44100hz. however, everything in the project looks "stretched"... ive tried to look everywhere but i couldnt find a solution , i think im being dumb rn but ive been having this problem i used utaview so u can see what im talking about but its for everything, images, text...

If you're still having this problem could you send a screenshot of your whole window? Not sure if I can help but it would be easier to see if it's within the project or the whole window.
