C+V won't work just because i edited it

I edited the file "cPv.yaml" because it had some phonemes that are not in arpasing (like "j" instead of "jh" or "h" instead of "hh")
after i edited the file, when i was going to check if it would work, the "updated" file didn't work
here's a screenshot of what it looked like on openutau:

tell me anything about the "cPv.yaml" file, i'll show it and the parts that were changed.
also i wasn't impatient and didn't let the notes load, i already waited for 1~2 mins. and still looked something like this.

did you use the C+V phonemizer? And if so you may need to change it back

i am using the phonemizer, it's just that the "cPv.yaml" file wouldn't work just because i edited it
also i wanted to edit it from the reasons said on top, but if i used a brand new one that looked like the unedited one, it would still say the same sounds.
( like [hh ao] is just [ao] or [jh uw] is [uw] ). I don't want to edit it because i need the file for optimizing the multilingual (specifically the japanese parts) so that it would sound "understandable" in a way
