I'm still a noob at flags and frequencies and that kind of stuff, I want my utau to sound better.

And finally, tune your UST to fit your UTAUloid's singing style by adding pitch bends using the control points, and vibrato. Learning to tune effectively takes a little time and effort, and could probably be helped along by learning to sing, or by paying close attention to your singing if you already can. Flags are more small effects and probably won't help much.
FRQs are automatically generated and you don't really need to know much more about frequencies in general.
