Can someone make a sam and max voicebank plz?

Ik this sounds weird, but I don't really want to use the voicebank myself, I just want to know if that's possible, and if it is, can someone plz make a song about them using the voicebank and post it to yt and @ me, my @ on yt is @Bananacatbread, I just think it would be really cool to see Sam and max utauloids (is that how you spell it?), I'm not forcing anyone by the way, I just really want to see a Sam and max song that isn't from any of the game soundtracks

Creation of voicebanks made without voice provider's permission, or 'Jinrikis', are against UTAU ToS and are against the rules to be created.

Along with what SunnyWolves said - it'd also be illegal to pay someone to do this since it's an actual intellectual property, which I assume you were willing to considering this is the "Commissions" section you've posted in.

Most jinrikis are harmless and just something creators will do for fun or jokes, so people won't usually make a big deal about them as long as they're not publicly distributed or causing any other sorts of problems. However, when you get money involved, that's a massive issue.
