Cyber Thunder Cyder Cover Help

Don't know if this is in the right place, but oh well.
So I'm making a cover of Cyber Thunder Cider with Equinox and Aido Ishiame, and it's basically done, but I have a little problem.
At the song's start when vy1's vocals slowly come in, there's like a rising muffle with some kinda of robotic/autotune sound. I'm bad at explaining things, so I'll leave a link to youtube for the song. I have FL Studio and still trying to learn each effect, so if someone could help me with it, it'd be great.

I am just starting out with FL Studio myself, but the effect you describe sounds like a lowpass filter opening up (cutoff freq. rising over several seconds). I think that's done using an automation clip. See FL Studio - Automation Tutorial for some tips on how to do this. I tried turning the resonance on the Fruity Fast LP almost all the way up, & started with the cutoff all the way down & turned it up over the length of the automation recording & got an effect similar to what you're looking for.
