Perhaps you can use Harazoki Yuki.... :3
http://www.utau.wikia.com/wiki/Harazoki_Yuki

Shes all in English, but her voice sounds a little with the Japanese pronunciation.

I am now working on her act 3.0, which will be an added english library. I honestly think you should use UTAU instead of Vocaloid, because I own Vocaloud and it gets very confusing...

If you feel interesting in downloading Yuki, I put a password on her, but you can private message me or email me for it.

Soooooooo.... :3

I foraged around and found your voicebank, and I'd like to correct you on something.  Your bank is not "English", it's romaji-encoded, which means it has Latin characters rather than hiragana for the filenames.  Fine and dandy though that is, that does not make it English.  See--*points at the English banks listed earlier in the thread*--these banks are several hundred samples apiece (a hundred or so //at very least//) with phonemes specifically dedicated to the many sounds the English language has that Japanese does not.  Not the least of which being English's 13-18 vowels (depending on who you ask), ending consonants, and consonant blends.

So.  Sorry to be kind of mean, but... romaji doesn't mean English.  Romaji means people without Japanese Locale can use your voicebank.  That's about it. :<  Illisandria wants banks capable of speaking (er, singing) fluent or at least semi-fluent English.

Also, you may want to post demos of your UTAU somewhere before you offer her up for download, or no one's likely to be interested. :<
