UTAU name: Tsubasa Kaminari (Name is still kinda WIP)
Reference: I don't really have an art reference, but here goes... He is an anthropomorphic dragon who has mainly black scales with blue spikes on his back. His wings on the outside are also black, while the insides are blue. He wears reading glasses and blue headphones, along with an open denim button-down shirt over an ice blue shirt with a white lightning symbol on it. He wears dark gray/black pants and blue sneakers, too.
Art style: Full body chibi
Anything specific?: I'd like him to be wearing his headphones on his neck, like how you would wear a jacket with a hood down, I guess?
Hopefully you can draw this, I suck at drawing orz
