GIMP is now in all Japanese.

Since I had to change my Locale, GIMP is now in full Japanese. No part of it is in English, just Japanese. Seeing as I can't read Japanese, or even speak it, for that matter, I can't read a thing on Gimp. So basically, I'm stuck without even the most basic of editing programs.

Before changing my Locale, it was in English. I only changed my Lcoale so I could use UTAU, and it's aggravating me that I can't read anything on GIMP.

Is there a way to change the language of GIMP without changing my Locale back to English?

Also, if it helps, my OS is Windows Vista.

Go to edit(second on the top) -> preferences(5th from the bottom) then select the second tab. The first option there is the language.
