I'm not the best person to judge someone's accent for Mandarin since I grew up with the Fukien accent and am nowhere near fluent but I can at least say Miku's accent is very cutesy <3

Well technically, for singing you don't need to know Chinese as a whole, just pronunciation, cause, you can't really understand without lyrics in the first place since there aren't tones. But, as a Chinese synth user, she sounds pretty good.

Her subtle design accents are so cute! With every new release, though, her ponytail loopies get bigger, and it's getting hilarious.

Demo isn't nearly as choppy as I expected, so that's wonderful.

If a physical version becomes available then I am definitely getting her. She comes with a standalone version of Piapro Studio too. Unfortunately it only works with this VB for now.

She is getting a physical version, as well as a download. This makes her the first Chinese voicebank to be sold as digital. She's also the first Chinese voicebank to have retail out of Taobao. On top of both of these she is the first Chinese voicebank that is Mac compatible, to my knowledge. I know Xin Hua had a cubase bundle, but I don't believe it made her mac compatible. Her price is 680 Yuan
