Having trouble with aviutl. HELP!

Hi! So recently I downloaded aviutl and everything seemed to go just fine, but then all of a sudden it started to glitch(?)
Like, when I play the video while I'm editing, the music and the image don't match, or the video freezes and the music keeps going, which makes it impossible to add lyrics.
Also, when I export videos, audio and video are not coordinated.

Does anyone know what may be happening? I REALLY need help :sad:

Make sure that "Sync with video files" is on inside the audio!
