I would recommend using OpenUTAU. The main reason is that it's a lot more beginner and user-friendly, but Yokune Ruko also has a voicebank for OpenUTAU that basically combines a lot of their female voicebanks so you can use them all at the same time. You can download OpenUTAU here:

If you want to use their male voicebanks: you can also create multiple tracks in OpenUTAU that makes it easy to use both in one project. You can combine two voicebanks together, but it's a bit complicated. I can make share a voicebank where I combined some of their male voicebanks if you want.
