Help me fix my friend’s Utau for art.

Hello, a friend of mine has a Utau that needs a bit of work. Her Utau isn’t able to read Kanji, only Romaji. I don’t really know how to fix this myself. I know plenty of people on here do know how to fix this though. If you would be willing to fix this I’ll draw you a picture of your Utau or any other character you want. I looked at his oto.ini and she is blank in the "alias" part so he can not read hiragana (I'm surprised he can read romaji too), to correct you just have to put aliases in romaji and hiragana, there is even a program that does this automatically
