help me fix vibrato

help i dont know what happend to the vibrato i dont even know how to fix it please help me

if you want to reset vibrato, select notes, press CTRL+T, and uncheck 'vibrato'

select menu 'Tools → Note Default → Pitch Control'
there is the default settings of vibrato.
