help with utau not singing

ok i made an Utau voice bank and she was singing all the wavs i did untill i did the oto.now she wont sing tsu and su . i asked help from someone and they said about a pink thing and a blue thing but i have no clue to what they mean. if you would help i would be very happy.

  Okay, what I you should is to rerecord the tsu and su. I got reccomend  the "pink and the blue thingy" to. I've done it on mine and it works. This called oto.ini or something.
