i putted everything in japanese my keyboard ,my region EVERYTHING im using japanese IME keyboard but defoko is like: -----, HELP!!!

The only setting that you need to change to Japanese is your locale, or language for non unicode programs. Follow these steps to double check that it's been set correctly: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/locale.html
Make sure that the beta option for UTF-8 is unchecked.

If you need to make any changes to the locale setting to fix it, you will need to delete every UTAU file, redownload the installer, and reinstall.

For Defoko, make sure that the lyric you insert into each note is a single hiragana syllable. You can only put one syllable per note, and you can only use hiragana (no romaji, no katakana, no kanji).
