How do you fit TTEnglishInputHelper-v0.3.0 into Kegworks winery? (Mac user here)

you can use utau synth and look for a mac version of the plugin

UTAU-Synth doesn't have a plugin API. A useful alternative is OpenUtau, which has a mac-native version and built in support for English voicebanks. Kasane Teto's English voicebank can be used with the English X-SAMPA phonemizer.
