How should I use IroIro?

How should I use IroIro? It's a bit confusing to me. I can't find any tutorials going over everything there and how to use them, so if somebody could quickly go over everything, that would be very helpful! Thank you!

u have to change language to english first (click the kana thing on the left upper corner check the language box and reload plugins)
