how to convert to vcv without a plug-in?

like the title suggests....

i cant use a plug-in because i dont have the admin permission to copy to the plugins folder in my program files..
is there another way to do it besides manally inputting it like あいおうえ to
- あ　a い　i お　o う　u え
i honestly dont have the patience to rename every sound in a ust...

Well, that's stupid. I would either recommend that you copy UTAU to your favourite partition, place the plugin there and run it from there, or to ask whoever configured your laptop to give you root powers back or to ask for permission/password to the root account. You can ask one of your friends to do that for you too.

Another solution is to just use Auto-VCV, it's the [A] button in the bottom left corner...
