There might be an autoconverter out there, but if there isn't or you can't find one, there are vccv pronunciation guides out there that you could look at and find the equivalent Japanese sound

I don’t think there’s an auto converter. Unfortunately you just need to sit there and edit everything by hand. It could take awhile depending on how long the song is.

May I ask who did the original ust? If it's the one by Makku, that ust was made for vcv english, and though I don't know much about that reclist, it might be why the ust is formatted like that
