how to get this effect?

i would like to know if i can get the kind of screamo-ish effect in this song with UTAU? like with flags? or i could do it when mixing with EQ or some other effect?

does anybody know how to achieve this?

Not sure if this will help much, but I found that exaggerating pitch bends helps to increase the power of the voice, and also
do not use the growl resamp
it just sounds bad
there's an easier way to make the voice growl like that
You can go to pitch, set the length to 100% of the note, set the cycle to around 20, and adjust the depth to whatever you prefer
To get a scream effect, you could do that, as well as set the breathiness of the note really high, and pitch it up.
See if that works :P
