How to make UTAU sound like speaking and not singing

This is a rather stupid thing to ask about UTAU, but how do I make it talk/speak like normal rather than sing? There are a few parts in the song I'm making a cover of where the used voice is just talking/speaking normally and I'm really stumped as to how to do it

The note lengths will need to match the length of those words as they're spoken, and the pitch will follow the curve of spoken words as well. You can record yourself speaking that line, then open it in something like Vocalshifter to see exactly how long and what pitch each syllable is.
