1. Open a part by double clicking it. It will open in a new window.
2. Ensure you have View Pitch Bend enabled. If it is disabled, you can press 'I' or click the icon in the menu bar.
3. The pitch bends are represented by pink lines on notes. You can alter them by dragging the control points, represented by circles on the line.
4. To create new control points, click on the pink line where you want it to be.
If you want vibrato, you can toggle it using the wavy symbol at the bottom right of notes. After this, you can adjust how the vibrato sounds either via the envelope controls or the Note Properties sidebar (opened by hitting the slider icon at the top right).
Note Properties can also be used to change certain aspects of the voice using flags. These options can be found under the Expressions tab. The 'common' ones (that I understand) are:
- Velocity: changes when a sample starts. Can be used to align a sample to the beat of a song if it's slightly off.
- Volume: changes the overall volume of a sample.
- Attack: changes the volume of the start of a sample.
- Decay: changes the volume of a sample after the start of a sample.
- Gender: changes the resonance of the voice (makes it brighter/more feminine or darker/more masculine).
- Modulation: changes how much the sample's pitch is smoothed/changed.
Other flags are resampler-dependent, which I recommend looking up on your own.
