I can't get Kasane Teto to sing!

I am a very new UTAU user. The voice I downloaded from Kasane Teto's site was the Triphone voice. I download a UST "Joker" that said it was for Teto, but it does not work. Nor does any of the other USTs :C My computer can read Japanese language so I am very confused on why this is happening. I watched a walkthrough on UTAU and I needed to downloaded something with romanji, but the link does no longer work. Can anyone please help me? Thank you!

Did you just unzip and use Teto's VB or did you actually install it?

I haven't worked with Teto's triphone voicebank and the UST Joker, but the problem may be with the UST type. Does the .UST have any "sounds" that starts with any of our roman vowels (a, i, u, e, o) then a Japanese hiragana?

i.e. a り　 i が　 a と　 o う

If it's only あ り が と う then it will not work for Teto's triphone voicebank. If it's like the samples above, then I'm not entirely sure what the problem is...
