I can't seem to download Ruko's voicebank

Hello, I know I am new to this site, but I have been using Utau for about a month now. I have Teto, Momo and Sora and currently am trying to download Ruko Yokune.

I go to http://long-sleeper.net/ and try to download Ruko. When the file is downloaded, my computer does not let me open up the file. It simply says: "File invalid or corrupted"

Every sound file that I try to download on longsleeper does not work for me.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is something wrong with my computer.

I had the same problem with Ritsu.

Their server times out. Just wait until your internet is at its fastest, and then close out EVERYTHING except that window so all of the speed is dedicated to it.

The reason is because it's a very large file, and when it's hosted on an independant site like that sometimes the download can end prematurely, resulting in an incomplete, invalid file. It also happens commonly when people try to download Ritsu. So yeah, just keep trying until it downloads fully.

Also, as a note, wrong section. This is for problems with the website itself (UtaForum) and it's Oekaki, not random UTAU questions. You should post at Help and Advice > Q&A Tech Support for that.

I'll look into trying to move this thread, but I don't think I have the authority to do so, so *waves to the mods* move this thread please!
