No-one's first few banks get any attention, so it's all up to you to either make them good, for trade/find people who can help.

Also all the good (modern) banks you see are like 40 pitches with really expensive mics.

Everyone starts with 0 budget and 0 skills, so don't feel bad if your bank doesn't sound like how you envision. There's nothing wrong with letting your skills and budget grow as time/money allows. While it's true that some people come out of the gate with tons of awesome (great voice with great mic, oto on point, and decent artwork), the average Joe doesn't and that's the joy of seeing your work reach a perfected state.

Hold ctrl/shift while dragging note length to shorten notes without adding auto 'rest'
Ctrl is to shorten without affecting all notes position after it. Shift is the opposite.
It saves your time and sanity
