instead of vocaloid, can i use SynthV to make my own talkloid?

I don't see why you would think you wouldn't be able to use synthv. Talkloids are just using a singing synth to talk instead of sing via note placement and pitch editing, and so everything can be used as for talkloids. They aren't a built in feature or an exclusive thing or anything.
