"Invalid Picture"?

Ok, so for some reason my UTAUloid's picture won't show up. It says invalid picture. None of the other info shows up, either. I've checked and double-checked anything, I don't know what's wrong... Help? ._.'

Here's any information you might need to know:

The character.txt:
name=Hoshi Yuune 勇ねホシ (That was supposed to be 勇音, but I messed up, but anyway that's what it says)
author=Stella the Alchemist
image=pic.bmp

The picture:

(It's a 100x100 px .bmp file called pic.bmp)

And finally, the location of both files and the voicebank:

C:\Program Files (x86)\UTAU\voice\Hoshi Yuune

Also, I'm using the latest version of UTAU... 0.4.16, I think? I dunno, I've heard it's glitchy, so could that be it, maybe? :/

try opening the image in mspaint and re-saving it as a 24-bit bitmap

it should work fine then
(just make sure you replace the old file with the new file...I've done that)
