I cant find the download link for kasane ted and the link i did find was broken id be great if someone could give me the download :3

Kasane Ted is just Kasane Teto with the g flag set to 30. His download link is the same as Teto's.

g flag is the gender flag, which makes a voicebank higher or deeper on negative or positive values respectively. If you're using openutau, then click the small gear icon in the lower left corner of the track you want to use Ted on, scroll down to and click on gender, set the default to 30 and hit apply. After that, you should have Ted. If you're using og utau, go to project settings and type g30 in the rendering options.
