Keep getting a error with Utauloid :(

When i try and open Utauloid with Applocale, i get this error: Subscipt out of Range and it keeps saying it over and over and doesn't let me close it. and i already searched on Google and couldn't find a answer. Oh here is my spec's if anyone of you need to know.

Your UTAU files are messed up. Uninstall and reinstall.

All ready tried that. Do you mean to delete all the voicebanks also?

Yes. Also, do you have Japanese locale? Try UTAU in Japanese locale and without AppLocale. That would help a lot. (Sometimes UTAU "confuses" AppLocale or AppLocale just backfires.)
