Do any of you lovely people have an interest in painting your nails? Personally, I love painting my nails. It's a way to release my stress, makes me feel beautiful, and it also encourages me to keep up with the condition of my nails and fingers. Want to post a vid to a technique you learned? Want to show your latest mani? Well here you can! Both male and female members are welcomed to share their nail art!!

I got over nail biting by wearing nail olish because you don't want those sort of chemicals in your system and that why I stopped.

What she said! I don't bite my nails, but before, I would tear my nails off instead of properly cutting/filing them, resulting in sharp, raggedy nail tips. Getting into nail painting fixed that problem, but now I find myself peeling off the day-old polish instead. LOL OTL

Besides, there's some manicures that look beautiful on short nails! :smile:

dude bro invest in some skin art supplies!! :'D Skin art is totally fun, and you get all the same experience as with nail polish and an extra dose of cool for school and other prejudiced social gatherings. d(o7o

I just re-did my nails this afternoon. The were originally coated in silver magnet nail polish. 8D

It's actually just some L.A. Colors polish, haha! It's from the Color Craze line, and I'm quite sure it's called Shock (CNP419, according to the website). Glad you like it.

And yes, by skin art I mean henna and the like, but there's also quite a few other non-permanent and semi-permanent options. :U You'd be surprised how far the skin paint and pencils have come since we were little! Last year around this time there was a fantastic face painter at a festival who was using an airbrushing kit to create absolute masterpieces on customer's skin. I'm actually considering investing in something similar at some point in time. xD

Also, that Vocaloid mani didn't come out too well. Scotch tape designs are hard. I cant wait long enough for the first coat to dry, darnit!
