well, you don't need to be able to sing to make an UTAU, y'know :3
i cant sing, and i made an UTAU. you just gotta record for a second per sample to stop your voice from wavering, simples :3
as for the drawing, if you give me some design ideas, or a rough sketch, i can take care of it for ya

Ok, he's kinda based off of YOHIOloid, Kaito and Len combined, but with blue hair and purple eyes.
