Moresampler not working on Mac :(

I think someone said Mac doesn't support wav tools other than the built in ones, "simple" and "convergence", but is there any at all possible way to get moresampler to work? From what I've seen it's a really good resampler and I feel like there's got to be a way to make it work as a wav tool too. edit: and if there is no way to make it work could anyone recommend good resamplers for utau?

You can use a wine wrapper script to run moresampler as resampler only.

I tried installing a different resampler but it also didn't work, so I think the way I installed wine is the problem and im trying to re-install it. I installed wine with a file instead of home-brew but people recommend using home-brew to install it. The only issue is people are saying I either do or don't need a program called XQuartz first. On top of that Mac computers also don't like the .pkg installer because it isn't signed ;-;
