Multipitch stuff

Hey! I stink at naming titles lol

I'm in the middle of creating my UTAU and I've been looking through the forums about the topic of prefix-mapping and multipitch banks. I think I understand the prefix-mapping part, but not so much the actual naming of the file I guess. For example, if I recorded something at a normal pitch and a lower pitch, and I wanted to add D3 to the name of the lower pitch, would I do this in the alias part or would the actual file from the folder need to be named that? Or how does that work anyways?

You can name the folder D3 for the purpose of organization. In all the multipitch voice banks that I have, the pitch is written in the alias.
Example: かD3

Edit: For voice banks in romaji, I've seen it written as ka_D3, where _D3 would be put into the prefix map.

Ah, that makes sense! Thank you so much!
