my utau doesn't recognize hiragana symbols?

(just downloaded utau)
used あ for example, but also any other symbol just shows up as a '?' (picture) probably my device's fault but still, any idea how to fix it?

(couldnt fix it but it takes romanji just fine and iroiro can convert it :thumbsup: :thumbsup: )

Your PC is not with the japanese language installed. Try OpenUTAU :D (My solution)
