My UTAU is just ???

In this days I wanted to do a cover and when I opened the UST I find something WEIRDDD

The ???? I ignored it and choose SCOTTPOID to do the cover and then another thing happened

Everything was blank even the photo of the voice bank, CONTINUE IGNORING IT and tried to play the song... nothing happened, eveything I heard was nothing... Idk what to do
